Acinum produces wines from Veneto in northern Italy, drawing on the region's signature grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. The winery's portfolio centers on the Valpolicella family of reds. Its Amarone della Valpolicella—a wine of dried grapes and concentrated structure—represents the apex of this classification. The Valpolicella Ripasso, made with partially dried fruit, occupies the middle ground between freshness and depth. The base Valpolicella offers the entry point to these varieties in their lighter, more immediate expression. All three wines have been assessed by major critics including Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Decanter.
