Agnès Paquet produces Chardonnay from the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy, a region defined by limestone-rich soils and the precise expression of white Burgundy. The winery's portfolio centers on two neighboring appellations: Auxey-Duresses and Chassagne-Montrachet, both villages known for mineral-driven, age-worthy whites. Auxey-Duresses Patience, the flagship, demonstrates the depth and complexity the appellation can achieve, while Chassagne-Montrachet Les Battaudes reflects the finer-grained elegance of that prestigious terroir. Auxey-Duresses Blanc rounds out the core range. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Decanter.
