Aldinger produces red wines from Württemberg, Germany's most substantial red wine region. The winery focuses on three dark-skinned varieties native to Central Europe: Lemberger, Spätburgunder, and Blaufränkisch. The Fellbacher Lämmler Lemberger Trocken, a dry expression of the region's signature grape, has earned particular recognition from Decanter, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, and Wine Enthusiast. Alongside it sits the Fellbacher Lämmler Spätburgunder Trocken—Württemberg's interpretation of Pinot Noir—and the Hanweiler Berg Blaufränkisch Trocken, which draws from the Austrian varietal tradition. These wines reflect the continental climate and mineral soils of their respective vineyard sites, each expressing the character of its grape and terroir with dry, structured profiles.
