Aldo Marenco produces wines from the Langhe region of Piemonte, in the heart of northern Italy's most celebrated wine territory. The winery focuses on two of the region's signature varieties: Dolcetto and Barbera, both native to these rolling hills and prized for their structure and depth. Surì Dogliani, a Dolcetto, stands as the winery's top expression, followed by Bric Dogliani, also Dolcetto. A Barbera wine, Pirona, rounds out the portfolio. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator. Dolcetto from this corner of Langhe typically offers dark fruit, moderate tannins, and the mineral character of its terroir. Barbera, grown in the same region, brings acidity and complexity. The winery's selections reflect the traditional grapes and methods of Piemonte.
