Alexandre Demarjory produces Champagne from the eponymous region in France. The house crafts two principal cuvées: Cuvée Céleste Brut, a blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, and Cuvée Céleste Extra-Brut, built from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Both expressions reflect the classical architecture of Champagne winemaking, where the interplay of chalk soils and cool climate yields wines of precision and minerality. The Brut carries the broader fruit profile afforded by the inclusion of Pinot Blanc, while the Extra-Brut leans into the structure and depth of its Pinot Noir component. Wine Enthusiast has rated both cuvées.
