Anysbos sits in the Overberg, the easternmost reach of the Cape South Coast in Western Cape. The winery works with varieties suited to this cooler maritime climate: Grenache for its red wines, and a blend of Chenin Blanc, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc for whites. The Grenache Noir shows the region's capacity for structured, mineral-driven reds, while Disdit Blanc demonstrates the textural complexity that emerges from blending white varieties across different ripeness profiles. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate and Decanter, reflecting the winery's engagement with serious critical evaluation.
