Artéis & Co. produces champagne in France's Champagne region, where chalk soils and cool climate shape wines of precision and finesse. The house works primarily with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the region's classical varieties. Its Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut—a pure expression of Chardonnay—demonstrates the mineral tension and complexity that define the finest white champagnes. The flagship Brut, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, balances the aromatic delicacy of the former with the structure and depth of the latter.
