Le Nombre d'Or Sable Blanc des Blancs Champagne Brut Nature, a pure Chardonnay expression, represents the upper range of the lineup. The Aubry de Humbert Champagne 1er Cru and Ivoire & Ébène Brut Champagne 1er Cru blend Pinot Meunier with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, respectively, drawing on the house's approach to terroir-driven sparkling wine. Wine Enthusiast and Wine Advocate have both assessed the winery's releases.
