Bacio Della Luna produces sparkling wines from Veneto in Northern Italy, drawing on the region's celebrated tradition with Glera and Chardonnay. The winery's Cartizze Dry, made from Glera, represents the pinnacle of Prosecco production—a designation reserved for a small, steep-sloped zone within Valdobbiadene known for wines of particular finesse and complexity. The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut, also Glera-based, offers the drier profile characteristic of Extra Brut classification, while the Metodo Classico Brut showcases Chardonnay vinified in the traditional méthode champenoise style. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, and Decanter.
