Barahonda

Barahonda operates in Yecla, a region in Murcia where continental climate and limestone soils shape wines of depth and structure. The winery focuses on Monastrell and Mourvedre—varieties that thrive in this terrain, developing dark fruit intensity and mineral backbone. Bellum El Remate, a Mourvedre, and Bellum Providencia, a Monastrell, represent the winery's core expression. Nirea blends Monastrell with Grenache, adding textural complexity. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Falstaff.
