Barnaut produces champagne from Bouzy, a Grand Cru village in Champagne known for its chalky soils and the balance they impart to both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship expressions. Grande Réserve Brut pairs Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in a structured blend; Eclat de Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs showcases pure Chardonnay character; Sélection Extra Brut, also a Chardonnay–Pinot Noir blend, emphasizes dryness and mineral precision.
