Becksteiner Winzer produces wines from Franken, Germany's distinctive continental wine region. The winery works with two flagship expressions: a Chardonnay Kabinett Trocken and a Spätburgunder Trocken, both from the Gerlachsheimer Herrenberg vineyard. Chardonnay in Franken develops mineral precision and restrained fruit in the region's cool climate; Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) thrives in these conditions, yielding elegant reds with structure and finesse. Both wines have been assessed by Falstaff.
