The Champagne Grand Cru 'Mailly' marries Chardonnay with both Pinot varieties, while the Grand Cru 'Aÿ' leads with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier alongside Chardonnay. A single-varietal expression, Les Monts Fournois, showcases pure Chardonnay. Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Decanter have rated these releases.
