Bertrand-Delespierre produces Champagne from the Premier Cru classification, working with the region's classic trio of grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. The house releases three flagship cuvées. Brut Champagne Premier Cru centers on Pinot Noir's structure and depth. Saignée des Terres Amoureuses blends Chardonnay with Pinot Noir, marrying mineral precision with red-fruit character. Enfant de la Montagne draws on all three varieties in a more complex composition. Each has been assessed by Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate, earning consistent marks in the low 90s. The winery's work reflects Champagne's terroir-driven approach to sparkling wine, where chalk soils and cool climate shape the final expression.
