BiancaVigna

BiancaVigna produces Prosecco from the Veneto region of Northern Italy, drawing from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene zone. The winery's portfolio centers on Prosecco Superiore expressions across varying dosage levels. The Rive di Soligo Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dosaggio Zero blends Perera, Verdiso, and Glera—a composition that adds textural complexity to the traditional base varietal. The Extra Brut variant, made from Glera alone, emphasizes the grape's mineral and floral character with minimal residual sugar. A certified organic Brut rounds the range, also built on Glera. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Decanter. Prosecco from this northeastern Italian region is characterized by bright acidity, delicate fruit, and the distinctive phenolic structure that comes from the area's limestone-rich soils and Alpine influence.
