Bizkai Barne produces wines from Bizkaiko Txakolina, a distinctive appellation in Spain's País Vasco region. The winery focuses on Hondarrabi Zuri, the indigenous white variety that defines the region's mineral, high-acid character. Lexardi, a pure Hondarrabi Zuri expression, represents the winery's core offering and has been rated by Wine Advocate. The winery also produces Otxan Duri Mahastia, a blend of Hondarrabi Zuri and Riesling that bridges local tradition with international grape varieties, and Mendiolagan, another Hondarrabi Zuri-based wine. Bizkaiko Txakolina wines are typically light, crisp, and food-friendly—expressions of their Atlantic-influenced terroir and the volcanic soils characteristic of the Basque region.
