The winery focuses on Monastrell, the region's signature dark-skinned variety, and Moscatel de Alejandría, a historic sweet grape. Ramblís Monastrell and Cuvée Juan Padilla, both built from Monastrell, demonstrate the grape's capacity for structure and depth in this terroir. Acequión, made from Moscatel de Alejandría, represents the aromatic, honeyed character the variety achieves in Alicante's climate.
