Bonazzi produces wines from Veneto in Northern Italy, drawing on the region's signature red varieties. The winery's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico—a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone—represents the traditional appassimento method, where grapes are dried before fermentation to concentrate flavors and structure. The wine earned recognition from Wine Enthusiast. Bonazzi also makes I Camponi Rosso Veronese, a Corvina-based blend that reflects the versatility of Veneto's native grapes across different styles. Both wines showcase the region's capacity for depth and complexity, whether through the concentrated intensity of Amarone or the more immediate character of a Veronese rosso.
