Bonnaire

Bonnaire produces Champagne from the region's premier terroirs. The house works primarily with Chardonnay, the grape that defines the chalky soils of Champagne's finest sites. Its Prestige Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne Grand Cru, a pure expression of Chardonnay, has drawn assessment from Wine Spectator, Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Advocate. The Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne Grand Cru offers a similar varietal focus, while the Gamper Brut Rosé Champagne introduces Pinot Noir alongside Chardonnay, broadening the house's range. These wines reflect the precision and mineral character associated with Champagne's traditional methods and cool-climate viticulture.
