Borie La Vitarele produces wines from Languedoc, the sprawling southern French region known for bold Mediterranean reds and mineral whites. The winery's portfolio centers on Rhône and southern French varieties suited to the region's warm climate and diverse soils. Les Crès, a Shiraz and Mourvèdre blend, anchors the red offerings, while Les Schistes pairs Grenache with Shiraz for a different expression of the terroir. On the white side, Le Grand Mayol combines Clairette, Bourboulenc, and Vermentino—varieties that thrive in Languedoc's conditions and deliver the region's characteristic freshness and salinity. The wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate and Decanter.
