Boulevard Napoléon produces wines from Hérault, in the Pays d'Oc region of southern France. The winery focuses on Grenache varieties, drawing on the warm Mediterranean climate and limestone soils characteristic of the Languedoc landscape. Le Pujol Grenache Noir, a structured red built from the region's signature dark-skinned grape, and Le Pal Grenache Gris, a rosé expression of the lighter Grenache clone, form the core of the portfolio. Both wines have been assessed by Decanter. The Grenache varieties thrive in this terroir, where the continental influence tempers the heat and allows for ripe, balanced fruit expression.
