Bourgeois-Diaz

Bourgeois-Diaz produces Champagne from the storied region of northeastern France. The house works with the classic varieties of the appellation: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc. Les Bien Aimées, a Pinot Noir–based cuvée, represents the winery's core expression, while the Extra Brut—a blend of all three grapes—offers a drier profile. Both wines have been assessed by Decanter and Wine Spectator. Champagne's chalky soils and cool climate create the high acidity and mineral precision that define the region's sparkling wines, and Bourgeois-Diaz's portfolio reflects that terroir-driven character.
