Briar Ridge is situated in the Hunter Valley, one of Australia's most established wine regions. The winery produces wines from classic Hunter Valley varieties: Shiraz and Sémillon. Its flagship Dairy Hill Shiraz achieves depth and structure characteristic of the region's best expressions of the variety, while the Dairy Hill Sémillon showcases the crisp, mineral-driven character for which Hunter Valley Sémillon is prized. The Hillrose Shiraz rounds out the portfolio. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Wine Spectator.
