Bricout

Bricout produces Champagne from the Grand Cru terroir of Avize, in the heart of the region's chalk-rich Côte des Blancs. The house works with the classic Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, crafting wines that reflect the precision and mineral character of their source. The Brut Rosé Champagne Grand Cru 'Avize' and Elegance de Bricout Cuvée Spéciale Champagne Grand Cru 'Avize' represent the upper range of the portfolio, both drawing from Avize's distinctive chalk soils. The Reserve Brut Champagne rounds out the core offering, built on the same three-grape foundation. Wine Spectator has rated these releases, recognizing their structure and balance.
