Buronfosse produces wines from Jura, the French region renowned for its distinctive white varieties and oxidative winemaking traditions. The winery's portfolio centers on Chardonnay and Savagnin, the region's signature grapes. Ephémère, a Chardonnay, represents the winery's work with the variety, while Varron Côtes du Jura Savagnin showcases the mineral, complex character Savagnin develops in Jura's limestone soils.
