The winery sources fruit from Cara Mia Vineyard, a site that captures intense sun exposure and well-draining volcanic soils—conditions that ripen Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to full expression. The Cabernet Sauvignon stands as the flagship, built on the structure and dark fruit character that Red Mountain terroir delivers. Camerata, a Cabernet-forward blend, and Bel Canto, a Merlot and Cabernet Franc composition, round out the portfolio. All three have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Advocate, reflecting the precision and balance Cadence achieves in its winemaking.
