Cafaggio produces wines from Toscana in central Italy, drawing on the region's Sangiovese heritage and international varieties. The winery's Chianti Classico Gran Selezione bottlings—Basilica San Martino, a Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon blend, and Basilica Solatìo, pure Sangiovese—represent the core of its output. A Cabernet Sauvignon, Basilica del Cortaccio, rounds out the portfolio. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Falstaff. Sangiovese forms the backbone of Cafaggio's identity, a grape that defines Tuscan red wine with its structure, acidity, and earthy complexity.
