Campos Reales produces wines from Castilla, Spain's expansive central plateau. The winery works primarily with Tempranillo, the region's signature red variety, which yields structured wines with dark fruit and earthy minerality. Their Crianza Tempranillo demonstrates the grape's capacity for complexity when aged in oak. A white blend of Airen and Sauvignon Blanc—labeled Canfo—shows the winery's range, pairing the indigenous Airen's neutral backbone with Sauvignon Blanc's aromatic lift.
