Cantina del Taburno draws from the volcanic soils and continental climate of Campania's Taburno region, in the heart of southern Italy. The winery focuses on indigenous varieties suited to this terrain: Falanghina, a white grape that thrives in the area's mineral-rich conditions, and Aglianico, the dark-skinned varietal that defines red wines across the Sannio subregion. The Falanghina del Sannio and Falanghina showcase the grape's crisp, structured character, while the Aglianico del Taburno Rosso expresses the depth and tannin structure characteristic of the variety in this southern Italian context.
