Cantina di Verona

Cantina di Verona produces wines from the Verona region of Veneto in Northern Italy, where the Valpolicella zone has long specialized in the native red varieties Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara. The winery's portfolio centers on these grapes in their traditional expressions. The Podere Poiano Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore blends Corvina Veronese, Molinara, and Rondinella into a wine that has received recognition from Wine Spectator. The winery also produces two Amarone della Valpolicella selections—a standard bottling and a Riserva—both built from Molinara, Rondinella, and Corvina. Amarone, the region's most prestigious style, derives its intensity from dried grapes, yielding wines of considerable depth and structure. Both Amarone bottlings have been rated by Wine Spectator. The Podere Poiano line represents the winery's focus on single-vineyard expression within the Valpolicella framework.
