The winery draws from the region's signature varieties: Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara for its reds, and Garganega for whites. Torre del Falasco Apasio, a blend of Molinara, Corvina, and Rondinella, represents the winery's approach to the region's traditional red wines. Amarone della Valpolicella, made from Corvinone, Rondinella, and Corvina Veronese, showcases the appassimento method that defines this category—dried grapes yielding concentrated, structured wines. Torre del Falasco Soave, crafted from Garganega, captures the crisp, mineral character of the region's white wines.
