Casal da Coelheira operates in the Tejo region of Central Portugal, where the warm continental climate and varied soils support both indigenous and international varieties. The winery's portfolio centers on red blends anchored by Touriga Nacional, Portugal's flagship dark grape. Mythos, a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Cabernet Sauvignon, represents the house's approach to structured reds; Private Collection Tinto pairs Touriga Nacional with Alicante Bouschet for depth and texture. On the white side, Reserva Branco combines Chardonnay with Arinto de Bucelas, the latter a traditional Portuguese variety prized for acidity and minerality. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Wine Advocate, and Wine Spectator, reflecting the winery's engagement with international critical standards while working within the Tejo's distinctive terroir.
