The winery draws on the area's classical varieties: Garganega and Chardonnay for its whites, and the Corvina-based blends—Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella—that define the region's reds. Its Soave balances the delicate florality and acidity characteristic of Garganega with Chardonnay's body.
