Castell'in Villa produces wines from central Tuscany, in the heart of Chianti Classico. The winery's portfolio centers on Sangiovese, the region's defining red grape—a variety prized for its structure, acidity, and ability to age. Santacroce, a Sangiovese, and Riserva Chianti Classico represent the core of the estate's output, both drawing on the terroir and traditional methods of the Tuscan hills. The winery also makes Vin Santo del Chianti Classico, a fortified wine built from Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes, offering the dried-fruit complexity and oxidative character that define this Tuscan category.
