Clos du Moulin 100 Ans Champagne, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, leads the portfolio. Blanc de Blancs Brut, made entirely from Chardonnay, offers the varietal's characteristic minerality and precision. Chigny-Les-Roses Brut Gold rounds out the range, combining Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc. Each wine reflects the chalky soils and cool climate of Champagne, where these grapes achieve the acidity and complexity essential to the region's sparkling wines.
