Cattier produces Champagne from the Champagne region of France. The house releases three flagship cuvées that have been rated by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Decanter. Clos du Moulin 100 Ans Champagne, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, leads the portfolio. Blanc de Blancs Brut, made entirely from Chardonnay, offers the varietal's characteristic minerality and precision. Chigny-Les-Roses Brut Gold rounds out the range, combining Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc.
