Cave de l'Ormarine produces wines from Languedoc, the sprawling southern French region known for robust reds and mineral whites. The winery's portfolio centers on two distinctive expressions: Collines de la Moure, a Shiraz that captures the warmth and dark fruit character of the Languedoc terroir, and Les Prades Picpoul de Pinet, a crisp white from the local Picpoul Blanc variety. The latter grape thrives in the coastal limestone soils near the Étang de Thau, where salinity and minerality define the wine's profile. A third offering, Excellence de L'Ormarine les Clavelines Élevé Sur Lies Fines, extends the Picpoul Blanc range with extended aging on fine lees, adding textural depth and complexity.
