Cecilia Beretta produces wines from Verona in the Veneto region of Northern Italy, where the alpine foothills and Lake Garda's moderating influence create conditions for complex red wines. The winery focuses on Amarone della Valpolicella, the region's signature dried-grape wine made from indigenous varieties including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Croatina. The Terre di Cariano Riserva Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, which adds Oseleta to the blend, demonstrates the depth these grapes achieve through traditional appassimento—the controlled drying of grapes before fermentation. ComeMe, a blend of Merlot and Corvina, shows the winery's range across both international and local varieties.
