Celene produces sparkling wines in Crémant de Bordeaux, the appellation for méthode traditionnelle wines from the Bordeaux region. The winery works with the classic grapes of the area—Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Muscadelle, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sémillon—crafting cuvées that reflect Bordeaux's mineral terroir in effervescent form. Améthyste Blanc de Noirs Brut, built from Cabernet Franc and Merlot, brings structure and depth to the sparkling category.
