The winery's portfolio centers on two classical Burgundian varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The Cuvée du Clocher Mâcon-Loché, a Chardonnay, represents the winery's work with white Burgundy, while the Chant de la Tour Bourgogne Rouge showcases Pinot Noir's silky structure and complexity. A third expression, the Pouilly-Loché 1ère Réserve—also Chardonnay—adds depth to the white wine offering.
