Chapuy produces Champagne from the region's classic varieties in the Chardonnay-rich terroirs of Champagne, France. The house works primarily with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—the traditional trio of the region. Its Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne Grand Cru, made entirely from Chardonnay, represents a focused expression of the grape's mineral precision in chalk-based soils. The Tradition Brut Champagne blends all three varieties in the house style, while the Livrée Noire Brut Champagne Grand Cru 'Oger' pairs Pinot Noir with Chardonnay for structure and complexity. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast.
