The vineyard produces three core wines that reflect the region's signature blend of structure and restraint. Brin de Brillette, a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, anchors the portfolio. The estate's Moulis-en-Médoc, built on Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, expresses the appellation's mineral-driven character. Haut Brillette Moulis-en-Médoc rounds the range with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. All three have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter.
