Château d’Aussières

Château d'Aussières produces wines from Corbières, a region in Languedoc-Roussillon known for structured reds built on Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan. The winery's flagship, Terrasses d'Aussières Corbières, blends these varieties into a wine that has drawn attention from Decanter and Wine Spectator. A second expression, simply labeled Corbières, follows a similar varietal composition. The Blason d'Aussières Corbières rounds out the portfolio, offering an entry point to the estate's house style. Corbières itself is a region of garrigue-covered slopes and Mediterranean influence, where these southern Rhône and Spanish varieties thrive in warm, dry conditions. The wines reflect the terrain's character: dark fruit, herbal notes, and the tannin structure that defines the appellation.
