Château d'Haurets produces wines across Bordeaux's classic palette. The winery's white offerings—Bordeaux Sec and Bordeaux Blanc—blend Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, the region's traditional pairing. Both whites have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator. A rosé, built from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, rounds out the portfolio. The whites show the textural interplay characteristic of the blend: Sauvignon Blanc's aromatic lift and acidity balanced against Sémillon's weight and stone-fruit depth. The rosé draws on the structure of its red varieties. These are Bordeaux wines in the classical sense—restrained, food-focused expressions rather than fruit-forward statements.
