Château de Fosse-Sèche produces wines from the Loire Valley that have drawn assessment from Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Decanter. The winery's portfolio centers on red blends and single varietals rooted in the region's classic grapes. Réserve du Pigeonnier, a Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc blend, represents the upper range of the cellar's output. Laurasie, a pure Cabernet Franc expression, follows closely in profile. The winery also works with Chenin Blanc, as evidenced by Arcane, a white wine that rounds out the range.
