Château de la Charrière

Château de la Charrière sits in Santenay, the southernmost appellation of Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. The winery draws from this limestone-rich terroir to craft Pinot Noir and Chardonnay across several premier cru sites. Its Santenay 1er Cru 'Beauregard'—a mineral Chardonnay—and Beaune 1er Cru 'Clos Les Vignes Franches'—a structured Pinot Noir—anchor the portfolio. A third offering, Les Vermonts Dessus from Savigny-lès-Beaune, extends the range into adjacent vineyard land. Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Wine Enthusiast have all assessed the winery's output. The wines reflect the region's hallmark balance: white wines with tension and depth, reds with silky tannins and aging potential.
