Château de la Vieille Tour produces wines across Provence's sun-drenched landscape. The winery's portfolio centers on classic Bordeaux expressions: a white blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc with mineral precision; a Supérieur built from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot in the region's traditional framework; and a dry rosé from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. The white demonstrates the textural complexity that Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc can achieve in concert—herbaceous notes balanced against stone fruit. The Supérieur follows the Bordeaux model of structured tannins and layered fruit. The rosé, made from red varieties, carries the weight and flavor intensity more typical of serious dry styles than lighter summer expressions. Each reflects the terroir and varietal character of its composition.
