Château de Nouvelles produces wines from Languedoc in southern France, a region celebrated for its sun-driven reds and distinctive fortified wines. The winery's portfolio centers on Fitou, the appellation's signature expression, and Muscat de Rivesaltes, a fortified sweet wine. Vieilles Vignes Fitou, a blend of Grenache and Shiraz, represents the house's approach to the region's classic red blend. Augusta Fitou adds Carignan to the Grenache and Syrah base, deepening the structure. The Muscat de Rivesaltes, made from Muscat Blanc, captures the aromatic intensity and natural sweetness the region is known for. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Decanter.
