The winery's Cadillac – Côtes de Bordeaux blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the classic pairing of the Left Bank. Its Bordeaux Blanc draws on Sauvignon Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, varieties that thrive in Bordeaux's maritime climate and gravelly soils.
