Château Jérémie produces wines from Corbières Boutenac, the hillside heart of Languedoc-Roussillon's Corbières appellation. The winery's flagship, Y du Château Jérémie Corbieres Boutenac, blends Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsault into a wine that has drawn attention from Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Decanter. A second notable release, Château Ferrandiere Jérémie Les Laisses Corbières, combines Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Grenache. Both wines reflect the region's warm, mineral-driven terroir and the traditional southern Rhône varieties that define Corbières.
