Château Lescalle produces wines from Bordeaux Supérieur, the region's elevated classification for reds with deeper structure and aging potential. The flagship Bordeaux Supérieur blends Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon—a composition that draws on the left-bank gravels and right-bank clay-limestone soils characteristic of the appellation. The wine has been assessed by Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator. The estate also makes a Bordeaux Rosé from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, offering the dry, mineral-driven profile typical of serious Bordeaux pink wines.
